The shortlisted candidates will be informed by e-mail id by August 25 2018 and they will have to send the reply confirming their participation to the coordinators.
For all the Events Decision of the judges shall be treated as final result.
Participants are requested to carry their college id cards without fail.
Each participant can register for maximum of two events only.
Participants are requested to check the bus routes timings provided to assure your presence in time at boarding points.
Any paper or project soft or hard copies received beyond the date specified will not be considered.
